The location and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
Breakfast had good waffles and breakfast sandwiches. Motel was at a good location. Very comfortable room and was quiet.
My room exceeded my expectations. I was really pleased it didn’t smell of smoke or was used by pets. I have allergies.
Quiet small town, close by to Walmart.
When we arrived it was very run down and dirty. We asked for a refund but were told that we had to pay for one night.

Staff was excellent! The evening attendant, Emma, was exceptionally wonderful! We had an issue with our first room but she got us moved and everything was perfect. She made us feel valued and appreciated for choosing to stay at the Landmark Inn. We stayed 2 nights.

Very clean, comfortable bed. No frills but great value. Nice pool area, outdoor ground were very well kept. Front desk very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was mostly carbs( cereal, bread, sweet roll, also had a packaged egg/sausage/cheese muffin. Not a cooked meal but adequate and for the money I was pleasantly surprised that they provided breakfast. Coffee was good and hot.

There are brown recluse webs all around the steps and one web on the back of our entrance door. I did tell the manager before i left but he was unaware.
The mattress was really good. Got a good night sleep. It was quiet. AC ran very good. Nice and cool for sleeping.
This place need to be closed if they can't do better. First off the spread was dirty and had holes in it. Then I saw that the towels were dirty and dingy. After a couple hours I started seeing roaches. At first I thought well maybe it came.in when the door opened. When I went to the bathroom there was another one crawling up the wall. My partner was about to tale.a shower and set his clothes on the dresser for maybe about 20 minutes and when he looked over roaches was on his clothes and all on the table where our food was. When I called to the front desk she said that was not a big deal. Roaches is normal. I told.jer no ma'am. I dont.stay in roaches and I wanted my money back. She refused to refund me and then as I was checking out there big huge dog ran at me and they could not hardly control it. It took 2 of them to get it away from me. I will never stay at this place again and that's for sure!! Nasty owners and nasty rooms. DEHEC NEED TO GIVE THEM AN UNEXPECTED VISIT!!
